Now we implement the vision study package, and deliver plans, elevations, specifications, and material samples. A Trello board is created for real time client feedback and to integrate the vision study into real time tasks
Budget
Ideally, the rough budget established during the vision study should be updated regularly throughout design to form a detailed budget which will be used to aquire financing, and steer permitting and construction.
Permitting
Our extensive experience with the permit process throughout the Phoenix Metro Area ensures that our client projects move forward smoothly and quickly.
Construction
We have established relationships with many general contractors in the valley. We will present the right fit for your project and work on your behalf with whichever general contractor you select throughout construction.
